The Board of Directors (BOD) holds monthly meetings usually on the 4th Monday of each month. The meeting in December is usually cancelled by the president unless urgent issues must be discussed. Homeowners are welcome to attend all BOD meetings and are requested to notify our TMGA agent (Stephon Collins) to coordinate meeting space and schedule changes.
The Annual Meeting is announced in advance and is usually held in late April.
